Passenger side, front, where seat rail frame attaches to floor board.

Height can be adjusted from 7.75" to 12.7.5", depending on the upper tube size.
Note:
RAM-VB-181 can be mounted on both sides of RAM 9", 13", 17" and 21" Console Boxes.
