The Simrad NAC-3 is the central course computer behind a compatible Simrad autopilot system. It controls a high-current hydraulic steering pump, mechanical drive, hydraulic linear drive, or solenoid valve while communicating with your heading sensor, rudder feedback, autopilot controller, and multifunction display.
Designed for boats approximately 10 m (33 ft) and larger, the NAC-3 delivers up to 30 amps continuously and 50 amps peak for demanding high-current steering systems.
